Returns & Refunds policy
At the Camillo Store, we want every order to arrive just right. Because we offer both our own products (like books and sticker sheets) and special made-to-order items (like T-shirts, mugs, and totes), our returns policy works in two parts:
Books, Stickers, and Other In-House Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

If you change your mind, we accept returns in their original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return postage in these cases.
Print-on-Demand (POD) Items

POD items (such as T-shirts, mugs, tote bags, etc.) are made especially for you once an order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns if you’ve ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days with a photo of the problem. We’ll work with our production partner to arrange a free replacement or refund.

🔄 Can I return my order?
Yes. If your Camillo book, stickers, or other in-house items arrive damaged or if you change your mind, you can return them within 14 days. Please see our [Returns & Refunds Policy] for full details.
🎨 What about returns for T-shirts, mugs, or other POD items?
Because these are made to order just for you, POD items can only be replaced if they arrive damaged, misprinted, or faulty. If that happens, simply send us a photo and we’ll arrange a free replacement.
🌍 Do all purchases support rainforest conservation?
Only sales of The Chameleon Who Found His Colours include a donation. For each book sold, we give a portion to rainforest conservation, helping protect endangered habitats and the communities who care for them.
🏫 Do you offer discounts for schools or bulk orders?
